Seymour Creek's Bryn Parry blistered the Willows Golf & Country Club during the opening round of the PGA of Canada Assistant's Championship, carding a course record 10-under 62, which included an opening 30 for his first nine holes. Despite swirling Saskatoon winds that were more than 30 km/h at times, Parry rained birdies on the course and was the early first-round leader in the 54-hole tournament that runs until Thursday.
