Richmond, BC (March 31, 2015)- With the first event of the tournament season less than two months away, the PGA of British Columbia is pleased to announce that registration for all 2015 tournaments are now open. The season's eight-event schedule includes stops in the Lower Mainland, Victoria, Kelowna and Oliver, and will see over 300 men, women, and senior members compete in a diverse set of tournament formats.

May 25th - Bear Mountain Golf Resort (Mountain Course)
Defending Champion: Royal Colwood Golf Club, Jason Giesbrecht & Kevin Carrigan
The Mountain Course at Bear Mountain Golf Resort in Victoria will play host to this always entertaining event, which pairs a Head Golf Professional with their respective Club Champion in an 18-hole Best Ball format.
PGA of BC Assistants' Championship presented by Flightscope
June 1st & June 2nd - Kings Links by the Sea
Defending Champion: Oliver Tubb, Seymour Creek Golf Centre
The best Assistant Professionals in the province will gather in the Lower Mainland for this 36-hole event hosted at Kings Links by the Sea. They will look to hold off Seymour Creek Golf Centre's dynamic duo of Oliver Tubb and Bryn Parry, who battled in a playoff to decide last year's champion.
PGA of BC Seniors' Championship
June 1st & June 2nd - Kings Links by the Sea
Defending Champion: James Harper, McCleery Golf Course
Played in conjunction with the Assistants' Championship, the Seniors' Championship will see aged 50-and-over Professionals look to tame the oft-difficult, wind-laden fairways of Kings Links by the Sea in a 36-hole, gross score format.
G&G Golf & Callaway Golf PGA of BC Pro-Assistant Championship
July 6th & July 7th - Tower Ranch Golf Club 201
Defending Champion: Black Mountain Golf Club, Russ Latimer & Tyrel Griffith
Last year, host professionals Russ Latimer & Tyrel Griffith bested the field on their home track, winning the two-day best-ball/scramble format by two shots. Will they be able to repeat down the road at Tower Ranch Golf Club, or will another of the two-man teams step up?
Jack McLaughlin Memorial PGA of BC Pro-Junior Championship presented by PING
July 20th - Olympic View Golf Club
Defending Champion: Gallagher's Canyon Golf & Country Club, Peter Hopley, Chris Matte, Andrew Gorges & Matt Hopley
Always one of the most enjoyable events on the calendar, the Pro-Junior Championship returns to Olympic View Golf Club. Four-man teams consisting of one PGA of BC Professional and three Junior players will square off in an 18-hole Two Net Best-ball event.

August 24th & August 25th - Fairview Mountain Golf Club
Defending Champion: Gordy Scutt, Olympic View Golf Club
The headline event of the season, the PGA of BC Championship shifts to the Okanagan this summer, where the stunning Fairview Mountain Golf Club will play host to the top professionals in the province. In big news, TaylorMade & adidas Golf has come on board as the proud title sponsor of the Championship.

September 14th & September 15th - TBA
Defending Champion: Salimah Mussani, Riverway Golf Course
The Women's Championship will return as a standalone event for a second straight season following last year's resounding success as both a 36-hole stroke play event and educational session. Details on the venue are currently in final planning stages and will be announced shortly.
Cleveland Golf/Srixon Canada PGA of BC Club Professional Championship presented by Club Car
September 28th & 29th - Richmond Country Club
Defending Champion: Doug Morgan, GolfTEC South Surrey
The last time the Club Professional Championship was contested at the Richmond Country Club, in 2011, Dean Claggett, Murray Poje and Kevin Maxwell were edged out by up-and-comer Head Professional Dan Swanson. Times have changed in five years, but many of the top contenders remain the same.
